The Way of Beauty - A Formation Cultivating Intuition, and Fulfillment Now!
Weekly Groups, Workshops, or Individual Coaching
The Way of Beauty is a transformative journey that combines traditional Catholic spirituality with holistic artistic formation and is offered to everyone. Designed by David Clayton, Artist-in-Residence at the Scala Foundation and Provost of Pontifex University, this program offers a unique approach to cultivating creativity, discerning personal vocation, and deepening one's relationship with God. Whether you're an artist, scientist, entrepreneur, or simply someone seeking a greater purpose in life, The Way of Beauty provides practical tools to enrich your spiritual and creative life. He has mentored dozens of people through this process over the last 25 years, since he first developed it.
Once someone has gone through this program, they can quickly become mentors themselves, enriching the lives of both mentor and mentee immeasurably and becoming part of their new direction in life.
At its core, the program teaches participants how to develop a graced imagination through daily habits that foster creativity and spiritual growth. These practices include appreciating beauty in everyday life, engaging in hands-on creative activities, practicing prayer and contemplation, and cultivating humility through service to others. Through one-day workshops, personal mentorship, and/or weekly group meetings, participants learn to integrate these habits into their daily lives, gradually transforming their approach to work, relationships, and personal fulfillment.
The Way of Beauty is not just about creating art—it's about discovering your unique calling and infusing creativity into every aspect of your life. By committing to this program, you'll learn to overcome creative blocks, reduce anxiety, and find new direction and purpose. Whether you're looking to add creativity to your current pursuits, discover your life's calling, or bring deeper meaning to your daily activities, The Way of Beauty offers a path to personal and spiritual transformation rooted in the rich traditions of Catholic spirituality and artistic formation to all people.
